Chakra balancing with affirmations meditation series
A chakra is believed to be a center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy and breath is a bridge to meditation.
Each chakra in your spinal column is believed to influence or even govern bodily functions near its region of the spine. Because autopsies do not reveal chakras, most people think they are a fancy of fertile imagination. Yet their existence is well documented in the ANCIENT traditions of INDIA right from the Upanishads…
Chakras are the powerhouse of energy pulling in energies of the universe more strongly at this point and generating and storing energy from these energies.
The condition of our chakras not only define the way we feel in our body as it governs the organs in its vicinity but also the way we experience the various situations in our life and also our capacity and intensity of actions.
Thus we can see that all aspects of our life are defined by the condition and the openness of our chakras as they are receiving and exchange centres of our being with the universal energy the life force through which the human system runs.
Imbalance in this chakras leads to incomplete and unfulfilled experiences in our life be it physical, emotional, material or spiritual.
Chakras as energy centres are mentioned not only in Indian Yogic practices but also in Christianity, Sufism, qigong, Tibetan cultures and the various other cultures of the world.
In ancient times people used to work towards arousing their Kundalini which is nothing but functioning of all 7 chakras in its highest potential to achieve the highest state of peace.
And to balance these chakras one of the main factors was watching and regulating the breath as breath is a bridge to meditation. A slight change in the breath has intense mood and experience alternating capability.
Hence to balance the chakras breath is one of the most important tools.
So we have formulated a technique by which we can with the help of breath bring balance and harmony to our chakras and thereby to our lives, goals, ambitions, relationships- in short in the overall quality of life.
With this goal in mind we have come up with a program of 10 sessions of Breathing into Chakras, activating and energising chakras and instilling relevant Affirmations.
Sessions begin from 14th June 2015 to 16th August 2015.
(Completion date may slightly vary in case of any Sunday being kept off by group decision).
14/6: understanding and experiencing Chakras.
21/6: laying foundation by rooting.
28/6: activating root chakra
5/7: activating sacral chakra
12/7: energizing solar plexus chakra
19/7: working with heart chakra
26/7: enhancing throat chakra
2/8: activating 3rd eye chakra
9/8: connecting with crown chakra
16/8: balancing and harmonising all chakras together.
